Impact on the Participants
I observed that DCT’s training has been most impactful on the staff members. I have actually seen participants moving in tandem with the faculty in the class room and large number has indicated that the workshops have changed their attitude about the customers and service to the clients. As training professionals, we were apprehensive trusting a 3rd party -- until sitting in on our first class with Dale Carnegie Training. We were blown away. I now have no concerns whatsoever and recommend them highly.
Impact on the Work Environment and Teams
I had the experience of working directly with and along side of most of the faculty team of Dale Carnegie Training School regarding soft skill development initiatives. Their individual and collective expertise in developing and delivering customized solutions in these areas has been outstanding, and the feedback from participants of such programs, ranging from high potential employees is at the highest level. Their excellent blend of theory, practical and experiential knowledge together with their exceptional delivery skills makes such results possible.
Impact on the Organization
Dale Carnegie Training School’s Soft skill development workshop as a crash course in motivating and empowering front line officers to move beyond their current level of performance to a greater degree of influence, success, and accomplishment. We asked Dale Carnegie Training School to design and deliver a high impact training course for our front line officers. Dale Carnegie Training School exceeded our expectations and set the road map for the next training module of sales and service of our Bank’s products. Dale Carnegie Training School offered a dynamic, interactive, engaging, and thoughtprovoking training module for our FLOs and it had a marked impact on the organizational initiatives, especially the Project Navnirman.
