| Required degrees / qualifications
|
- Post graduation in business administration with a specialization
in HR or relevant degree, with minimum of 5 years to a maximum
of 14 years, of consultancy / service industry experience
- Professional Human Resources / Senior Professional Human Resource
from Society for Human Resources Management / Dale Carnegie Training
Certificate
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies across multiple
Lines of Business and Corporate Affairs
- Possess knowledge of local and global employment laws and Human
Resources processes
- Possess a detailed knowledge of the internal and external sourcing
market, including experience in diversity sourcing
- Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management Team by
guiding them into sourcing skills, processes and laws
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to think strategically and deliver bottom line results
- Excellent oral / written communications, inter personal , presentation,
problem solving , coaching and consulting skills
- Innovating processes to deliver cost savings, including managing
large scale sourcing campaigns
- Systems and systems development knowledge – contact management
systems, internet search tools

To ensure return on investment by

proper identification, attraction , engagement of candidates

- Being a business partner to consult and develop cost effective
sourcing strategies and attract the right talent at the right
time and cost

Responsibilities
- · Do a talent need analysis for effective business partnership
with multiple Lines of Business Heads and Vice President Strategic
Management and Group HR
- Proactive basis identifies, presents and recommends sourcing
solutions applicable to line of business resource strategy
- Identify trends and expertise in the internal and external
marketplace for attracting the ‘Best’ Talent by keeping
up to date with articles, joining news groups, on-line communities,
attending conferences and training.
- Independently source active and passive talent through the
effective and creative utilization of the internet and personal
contacts by building active networks, referrals, speculative CV/Resumes,
partnership with third party suppliers and innovative use of outsourcing.
- Drive down overall cost to source and ultimately cost per hire
through the recognition of market characteristics and variables
when developing sourcing strategies
- Provide key project management for implementation of next generation
of sourcing solutions
- Ability to make independent decisions around day-to-day occurrences
while considering the wider impact of decisions and plans on other
areas.
- Possess a detailed working knowledge of business area that
support potential candidates
- Drives process improvement initiatives
- Identify and follow up on leads, through cold-calling and direct
sourcing, within ethical boundaries
- Screen candidates for qualifications, interest and capabilities
- Work with cross business sourcing to develop a network and
database of talent across all lines of business
- Support business diversity aspirations
- Assist with the development of key performance indicators that
help drive the sourcing process by using measures to ensure the
attraction of the best and brightest candidates in a cost effective/time
efficient manner..
- Ensures high quality candidate care, which may necessitate
out of office hours working

- To develop an annual operating plan for the function, which
will merge into the overall Line of Business and Human Resources
