Required degrees / qualifications
  • Post graduation in business administration with a specialization in HR or relevant degree, with minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 14 years, of consultancy / service industry experience

  • Professional Human Resources / Senior Professional Human Resource from Society for Human Resources Management / Dale Carnegie Training Certificate / Certifies Compensation Professional / Certified Benefits Professional / Global Remuneration Professional / Work Life Certified Professional from WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals
  • Knowledge of international compensation and benefits programs practices
  • Developing and implementing compensation and benefits program strategies for the company
  • Possess knowledge of local and global compensation and benefits laws and Human Resources processes
  • Possess a detailed knowledge of the internal and external compensation and benefits market
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management Team by guiding them into compenstaion and benefits programs
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver bottom line results
  • Excellent oral / written communications, inter personal , presentation, problem solving , coaching and consulting skills

  • Developing the appropriate compensation and benefits program which facilitates growth of the organization and people
  • Developing and designing communication strategies with the help of Senior Management Team to permeate the compensation and benefits program, which builds the organization and instills confidence in the people
  • Setting in motion the processes that will have people who practice the ‘will to make it happen’ culture
  • Being a business partner to consult and develop cost effective strategies and develop a proper performance management strategy which has an ever enriching reward and recognition scheme

Responsibilities

  • Do a compensation and need analysis for effective business partnership with multiple Lines of Business Heads and Vice President Strategic Management and Group HR
  • Develop a total rewards management scheme – on line – work life portfolio, performance management and recognition , development and career opportunities , total rewards strategy including compensation
  • Quantitative methods – through surveys and statistical representation of data collected
  • Job Analysis , documentation and evaluation
  • Base pay management – base pay implementation, costing, merit pay, administering and evaluating base pay
  • Performance Management – Strategies , Design and Implementation – implementing performance management, linking performance to rewards , performance management system evaluation,
  • Variable Pay – incentives, recognition and bonuses – bonus plans, recognition plans, developing variable pay, implementation and evaluation
  • International Remuneration – Global Benefit Practices, Global Work Experience, Managing International Assignments, Mergers and Acquisitions, Future Global Rewards
  • Communication Processes – strategies to implement
  • Proactive basis identifies, presents and recommends sourcing solutions applicable to the company
  • Provide key project management for implementation of next generation of solutions
