- Developing the appropriate compensation and benefits program
which facilitates growth of the organization and people
- Developing and designing communication strategies with the
help of Senior Management Team to permeate the compensation and
benefits program, which builds the organization and instills confidence
in the people
- Setting in motion the processes that will have people who practice
the ‘will to make it happen’ culture
- Being a business partner to consult and develop cost effective
strategies and develop a proper performance management strategy
which has an ever enriching reward and recognition scheme

Responsibilities
- Do a compensation and need analysis for effective business partnership
with multiple Lines of Business Heads and Vice President Strategic
Management and Group HR
- Develop a total rewards management scheme – on line –
work life portfolio, performance management and recognition ,
development and career opportunities , total rewards strategy
including compensation
- Quantitative methods – through surveys and statistical
representation of data collected
- Job Analysis , documentation and evaluation
- Base pay management – base pay implementation, costing,
merit pay, administering and evaluating base pay
- Performance Management – Strategies , Design and Implementation
– implementing performance management, linking performance
to rewards , performance management system evaluation,
- Variable Pay – incentives, recognition and bonuses –
bonus plans, recognition plans, developing variable pay, implementation
and evaluation
- International Remuneration – Global Benefit Practices,
