Institutional Sales
Role expectations have a bearing on business decisions and growth at a strategic level. The incumbent is expected to manage ambiguities. Highly specialized role, conceptually strong and needs to deal with very high internal and external business contacts. responsible for strategic decisions. The incumbent of this role should be able to communicate the excitement, possibilities, and details of any change/initiatives to others within the organization & create a buy in from them. Scope for autonomous decision making is high. Problem solving skills required. The role involves strategic planning and monitoring team performance.
Training Consultants
The position is responsible for flawless delivery of solutions, presenting high quality offerings to the customer and adhering to processes as prescribed for a DCT trainer. The incumbent will be responsible to deliver customized training and will have a substantial level of client interactions.
