Executive Coaching is an experiential and individualized leader development process that builds a leader’s capacity to achieve short- and long-term organizational goals. It is conducted through one-to-one interactions,driven by data from multiple perspectives , and based on mutual trust and respect. The organization,the executive and  the executive coach work in partnership to achieve maximum impact.

  • Executive Coaching enables leaders to achieve successful long-term changes in thought and behaviour. The process is flexible and tailored to suit the convenience of the executive and facilitated face - to - face, by e-mail and over the phone

  • The duration of the individual coaching engagement would be based on the individual requirements and objectives. The assignment could be spread over 9-12 sessions covering 4 - 6 months on mutually agreed commercials.

  • A Coaching Agreement will be entered into at the time of finalization incorporating the name of the Executive Coach.
