Pallavi Jha is the Executive Chairman and Managing Director
of Walchand PeopleFirst, a fully-owned subsidiary of the publicly listed company,
Walchand PeopleFirst Ltd. Walchand PeopleFirst has international partnerships
with some of the world's leading firms and brands such as Dale Carnegie , USA
( training), SHRM, USA ( HR Certification) and PerformanSe, France ( Assessments)
.
Pallavi has diversified exposure to various management practices in areas
such as training and development, HR, consulting and business restructuring,
and lobbying, covering a wide range of industries from media, entertainment,
technology to the financial services sector and the engineering industry.
She has been recognized by reputed institutions such as CII and FIE Foundation
etc for her outstanding contributions.
She has been a vocal spokesperson for industry associations , and has chaired
and moderated panel discussions involving India's leading business leaders.
She has played a pioneering role in setting up India's first Finishing School
focused on soft -skills training, the missing ingredient in the talent development
and employability challenge confronting Indian industry. Additionally, she
has been part of women's groups which has encouraged first generation women
entrepreneurs into taking business initiatives.
She has singularly led the India operations into the fastest growing region
for Dale Carnegie Training, winning several global awards for service and
sales excellence. She has been a keynote speaker and a panel member in various
forums on business, HR, training and leadership. In Y 2000, the prestigious
global weekly Newsweek had selected her among the emerging young women entrepreneurs
of Asia. She has also been Chairperson of CII, Maharashtra Council.
She was Executive Director of India's leading construction company, HCC,
an erstwhile Walchand Group company before starting off her own ventures.
She also worked briefly in market research at Feedback Ventures and Proctor& Gamble.

is an MBA from Syracuse University, New York
and a graduate in humanities from St Xavier's
College, Mumbai.

Sanjay Jha is the Executive Director of the world-famous
Dale Carnegie Training operations in India, which has a global experience of
having worked with over 400 of the Top Fortune 500 companies. His areas of
professional interest and management science specialization includes leadership
development, change management , corporate reputation management, media training,
creating the vision and mission map, and enhancing employee engagement. He
has also handled senior professionals from various fields as an executive coach.
Sanjay has often received overwhelming
feedback and recognition for his high-quality
training and leadership talk . He is one of the
senior trainers in the global Dale Carnegie Training
network, and has addressed global audiences in
New York, Washington, Los
Angeles, Chicago, Singapore,
Bermuda, Taiwan , Mexico and Toronto.
He has conducted
several corporate programs focused on executive
development , advised companies on corporate image
management , done executive coaching and consulted
with companies such as Oracle, Prudential ICICI,
Bajaj , Microsoft, Mercedes Benz, Pricewaterhouse
Coopers , Kale Consultants, Standard Chartered,
Crompton Greaves, British Gas, ICICI Pru Life amongst
others. He has also addressed business schools,
industry conferences and knowledge symposiums.
Sanjay has also been engaged as a strategic consultant/
advisor on training to a political party, including
working with senior leaders and grass-root workers
He has made several contributions
to mainline news and business dailies and magazines
such as Business Standard, Indian Express, Financial
Express, Hindustan Times, Mid-Day and appears
regularly to air his views on print and electronic
media , such as NDTV, CNBC, BBC, NDTV Profit
and CNN-IBN. He also is a regular blogger on
social, economic and political issues on various
news websites. He has founded one of the world's
leading internet portals called CricketNext.Com
which is now also part of the Network 18 media
Group. He has also set-up new business initiatives
with the world's largest HR association, SHRM
in India and an assessments firm , with the French
company, Performanse.
Prior to starting Dale Carnegie
, Sanjay was instrumental in setting up the private
sector mutual fund industry in India , having
worked as a Senior Vice President with ITC Threadneedle
Asset Management (part of BAT plc, UK) and Alliance
Capital (USA). Earlier, he had worked with Bank
of America and ANZ Grindlays Bank in the NRI
marketing and operations unit. He started his
career in sales with Bharat Petroleum.
Sanjay completed his MBA (HR)
from XLRI, Jamshedpur and his Master's in Economics
from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics,
University of Pune. He graduated with distinction
in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune.

Sekhar

Ravi Sekhar is a graduate from Madras Christian
College,University of Madras and holds a M.A.
from St.Stephen’s College,University of Delhi
and also a post-graduate degree from Balliol
College,University of Oxford,U.K. where he
was a British Council scholar. Following a
short stint with the India International Centre,New
Delhi he worked for over twenty years with
ANZ Grindlays, an international bank ,both
in India and abroad .Ravi’s overseas postings
took him to London and Melbourne before he
left the bank in 1996 to start CAMPAIGN, a
management training and development consultancy
firm,based at Pune.
Following the setting up of Dale Carnegie
Training under the aegis of Walchand People
First Ltd (now Walchand Talent First Ltd) in
2004, Ravi became associated with them and
is now a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer and
a Training Director.Apart from the time-tested
and effective training methodology employed
in the training process,his wide ranging experience
of the corporate world helps to provide business
relevance and reinforce transfer of knowledge
and skills. He was awarded a Trainer Club Award
in 2006 to recognize his training skills.
Ravi’s expertise in the areas of Leadership
Development has taken him to Taipei,Taiwan
in April 2007 where he participated in the
Asian Regional Convention of Dale Carnegie
International and to San Diego,California in
April 2008 where he attended a Master Trainer
Academy.
Since 2006 Ravi has also been an Executive
Coach and handled engagements at top management
