Reporting to Business Head
Role : - The incumbent is responsible to continuously deliver world-class instruction for Dale Carnegie workshops at a quality level, that elates the customers and enhances their business results.
Responsibilities : -- 1. To deliver Dale Carnegie workshops to participants in corporate and public forums, meeting and exceeding client and participant needs.

2. To ensure repeat business from existing customers, through delivery excellence and customer relations.

3. To support the major focus areas of our business i.e. instruction, sales, and administration by developing, maintaining, and coordinating required activities

4. To interface with corporate clients, comprehend core-learning requirements and deliver structured training solutions.

5. To undergo a challenging trainer certification process upon satisfactory on the job performance of at least 6 months.

6. To continuously update knowledge of current corporate and business trends.

7. To have a high level of target orientation and the capability to personally drive and build a strong client base and customer satisfaction.

8. To coordinate with the administration department to ensure all training requirements are fulfilled ensuring quality delivery
Qualifications & Experience:- 1. A graduate / post graduate (MBA preferred) with 10 years and above Business Development experience.

2. The incumbent must possess a passion for training and development and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Experience of handling high value corporate sales with a demonstrated business track record.

4. The incumbent must have high energy and enthusiasm levels and the willingness to travel extensively.

Business Consultant

Location Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Delhi
Reporting to Business Head
Role
The incumbent will be responsible for an interface with corporate clients, comprehend core learning requirements and provide solutions. The role holder is responsible to gather a fair number of internal and external contacts and attain sales/ targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Attain aimed sales targets/growth in sales targets across geographies.
  • Understand various sectors/industry and ability to develop customized solutions.
  • Implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Meet customers, business associates for generating business, getting feedback and build business relationships
  • Fulfill the customer requirements in time


Qualifications & Experience:
  • A graduate/post graduate preferably an MBA with 8-10 years of experience, having a flair for business development and consulting
  • Understanding the industry needs in People development space
  • Experience of handling high value corporate sales with a demonstrated business track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Senior Manager -Administration

Location Mumbai
Reporting to AVP HR
Role
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all administration infrastructure, services and support are provided to meet the business needs of the company. The person will be responsible for the smooth overall functioning of the organization
Responsibilities:
  • Monitors and adheres to cost and expense control targets
  • Coordinates and negotiates with vendors for best rates with for services/material procurement/lease contracts/travel agencies/ training venues etc
  • Implements procedures for measuring and evaluating optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervises administration staff.
  • Addresses major strategic issues that can have an impact on the company's long-term future.
  • Participates in the formulation of the company’s administrative policies
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as directed by the management. .
  • Provide administrative and secretarial resource to internal and external customers

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A graduate/post graduate with 10-12 years of experience in admin department
