We approached Dale Carnegie to conduct a 2-day workshop on "Employee Engagement", this program was conducted in 10 batches and across 7 different locations. The main aim was to align the business goal to that of every individual so that the Companies Vision and Mission was internalized by all,sharpen listening and leadership skills, improving, developing and retaining the engaged employees.

The participants found the format and content of the program to be interactive, fun and activity based. It helped instil and strengthen their commitment towards self and organizational development. This in turn would help the company in gearing itself for meeting the future challenges.
