The objective of this program when we discussed initially was build /create a platform for the openness and trust within the team and to see the importance of acting as one team inorder to reach the goal together . I feel based on the initial feedback within the team members, this training has sent our message to all employees .Without any "PPT slides", I feel we set another "history" in training and I personally give this credit to the trainer here. The trainer has blended easily with the team members which also made the stage easier. The outcome of this training is finally set as the driver for SMT India 2015 success, which I wish to share here. This driver message was driven by the team and not by an individual ( I feel this as the core success !!) .
