Dale Carnegie conducted an excellent session on Business Communication Skills. I am sure if people start practicing what they have learnt, it will make a difference. Personally, I deal with many vendors for R & D related work. I have noticed that our vendors are very much pleased with the interaction the way you trained us.I liked Dale Carnegie's Golden book. I keep that book with me in my office so that I can read whenever I need it.
