By motivating and appreciating the distributor and DSO of Udaipur division I am able to achieve a growth of 25% in CTVs 100% in DVDs 1325% in HTIBs and 75% in minis over last year. Apart from these tangible results I have developed better interpersonal relationships and enjoy a good relation with friends colleagues and the trade. I also find myself geared up to handle difficult situations.
