An intensive 3-day training program on “Building & Winning Teams”. The training concentrates on how teams can maximize their effectiveness by defining expectations, establishing ground rules, and leveraging shared values. It stretches the capabilities of teams, giving them the confidence to generate new ideas and initiatives for the business. They will realize that their attitude impacts the people in the organization, which impacts the performance. Each participant will develop listening and questioning skills, which will help, obtain the information & knowledge, gain trust and mutual respect and results desired.

A general positive feeling and optimism in the group at the workplace. Most of the participants implemented tools and techniques they learnt in the training in their various job scenarios. Special mentions are their understandings and application into day-to-day planning activities and efficiency involved in that. A better sense of cohesiveness has set in.
