"Following a successful series of Selling Skills programmes conducted by Dale Carnegie Training in 2005, a decision was taken to expose a selected group of our executives comprising Engineers, Sales Executives and other Senior Managers to developing Presentation Skills in 2006. Accordingly, six batches totaling nearly 75 of Alfa Laval Executives participated in High Impact Presentation programmes between October 2005 – March 2006 at Pune. The classes were presented in high energy, interactive and stimulating format by the Dale Carnegie Trainers. The several presentations required to be made, recorded and coached and the focus of the programmes have certainly increased the self confidence and awareness in our people of what they need to work on. We have also observed the instilling of interest and understanding at developing a more effective structure to presentations.

This has been a cost effective investment for the company demonstrating the value of organized presentations and how to project a strong, positive and professional image to our customers, partners, associates and other stake holders. We are confident that the participants will make rapid strides and continue to show significant improvement in their presentation skills.
