Subsequent post programme interactions have led to clear statements on the value of the programme in improving personal and work life.
Improvements have also been noted in the work environment which has become more congenial, enthusiastic and participatory.
The positive impact of the programme across the organisation is testified by the fact that there is a growing list of nominations for new batches.

“We have so far done two batches of DCS (Bangalore & Kolkata) and there are plans already for subsequent batches. Though we have shared with you about the impact of the DCS but let me also summarise the formal account of the experiences and feedback.
“Power of the Programme & Learning to People - The 3 days of activity based programme has given very simple yet powerful action oriented learning to participants. They have shared in their success presentations and also in formal feedback that there is tremendous benefit in their work & personal life. They also could learn how to operationalise those tools and learning into day-to-day life. The positive impact of having put those in use has reinforced their belief in creating change. Influencing, people management, impromptu presentations, relationship building, leading, driving team to motivated working, bringing happiness into life and balancing work & life have been some of the concrete learnings for group as whole.
“Feedback from Their Managers & Peers - Since, participants of the programme have been able to actionalize learnings at workplace, the same has been perceived by their managers and peers. They have observed positive change in them which has helped to improve the work environment with the individual being more focused in decision making, Team members have been benefitted by virtue of better facilitation.
“Perceived Impact in the Organization - Another notable impact of this programme is that it has been seen in as a powerful intervention in the organization. People have made enquiries and have developed interest. Those who have not been covered so far are willing to undergo this experience. This is a clear sign of the programme having made positive impact.
“Definitely, these are good signs of change and I am sure other batches of DCS would
enhance value.
“Credit to you all in building this engaging relationship. I would also like to thank you for your forthrightness and positive approach in accommodating different views for increasing programme effectiveness.”
