It has been brought to our notice that some ex-Dale Carnegie Training employees (Trainers) are using one or more official Dale Carnegie Training manuals, products, processes, case studies & examples, content, etc which are under exclusive domain practices to train employees of various companies. This is grossly unethical and violates copyright terms and are also contrary to terms of employment with Dale Carnegie Training.

Dale Carnegie Training reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings (Criminal & Civil) against both the Trainers and the Organization employing their services at their entire risk, as to cost and consequences.
