Chief Financial Officer

Role : -

The position is responsible to provide leadership and work closely with the Senior management in performing long-term financial planning and analysis aimed at identifying risks, opportunities, and options that will inform strategies to provide resources for attainment of the Company’s goals.

Responsibilities : --

 

  • Provide leadership and vision on the financial affairs of the Company.
  • Promote a culture of informed decision making ensuring that units of corporate responsibility are planned, structured and focused on supporting decision-based information needs.
  • Develop, promote and monitor a culture of efficient, results and customer oriented corporate services.
  • Clearly communicate financial information, plans and options to the Company’s Board of directors and committees to facilitate informed decision making.
  • Ensure a reliable system of internal controls are in place to adequately safeguard company’s assets and provide with integrity accurate reporting on financial results.
  • Foster an open and collegial approach to financial and corporate service decision making, building strong relationships with company’s stakeholders.
  • Develop and support strong external relationships with bankers, investment advisors, legal counsel, auditors and other providers of corporate services to the Company.
  • Attracting, motivating and coaching talent to achieve the objectives of Company
  • Provide general supervision and management of the day-to-day financial, tax and accounting affairs of the company within the guidelines established by the Board, consistent with decisions requiring prior approval of the Board and the Board’s expectations of Management
  • To ensure that the company has complied with all regulatory requirements for company’s financial information, reporting, disclosure requirements and internal control over financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:-

  1. CA or CS. Legal background preferred.
  2. Relevant experience of 10-15 years
  3. Direct experience in
    1. Debt, Equity Funds raising
    2. Deal Structuring
    3. Legal & Compliance
    4. Mergers & Acquisitions
    5. Budgeting, MIS and Financial Management

 

Skills Required:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication
      • Negotiation
      • Detail Oriented
      • Strong Execution Capabilities
      • Hands on Approach with a bias for action
