I take this opportunity to thank Dale Carnegie Training India for conducting the Training for the Axis Bank Staff.It was a life changing experience to have attended the ACE program.The trainer made the training a fulfilling experience for all the trainees.This program helped me revive a few customer relationships which resulted in a business generation of nearly 30 lakh deposits.Dale Carnegie helped me cultivate and develop a the long term approach towards customer relationship management.I generated 30 leads in a span of 3 days by implementing the learnings of the ACE program.
