1. Introductory Management Development Program
The target group for this program was a team of front line Territory Business Managers who were identified as potential Area Business Managers (First Level Managers/ Supervisor)

The Problem: The organization was facing a problem of high attrition and need to high focus on operations. The core management area suffered as good performers but not necessarily good managers were filling up positions in management.
The Solution: In order to address this problem, their management took proactive steps in identifying managerial talent and then trained them for key positions. Introductory Management Development Program was customized and it covered key management skills involving elements of "How to Manage like a pro", " Communication skills for Managers" etc.,
Business Consequence: The participants were very enthused by the training. Two groups went through this at two different locations
