I want to share my story of a 12 day program of Induction of newly joined Sales employees of USV.

Normally, after 12 days of training I would not be even able to move a finger.Training takes a huge toll on my health.But this time i am smiling and still energized, thanks to Dale Carnegie for sharing with us the art of facilitation.

I got more participation from my group than in my previous trainings and I see this change thanks to my attending Dale Carnegie's "Train the Trainer" program.
